Customized 360-degree leadership evaluation

If you would like to understand what leadership potential you have in the organization, what you need and how to close the gap, our customized 360-degree evaluation might be relevant.

Based on interviews with key stakeholders, we will listen to your unique situation and build an in depth understanding of risks, opportunities, and challenges that the organization will face over the next 3 - 5 years. This will help shape our appreciation of the strategic options of the organization and to translate these into a competency framework (“Experience criteria” and “Leadership criteria”) that will be agreed with you. The framework will be used when developing a customized 360-degree online evaluation where selected leaders will be evaluated (anonymously) by superior, peers and subordinates.

Each leader will receive their own confidential report and the report will be shared with the CEO (only). The CEO will also get an aggregated report showing all results, including our key findings and recommendations. This will typically be discussed in a confidential meeting between the CEO and us.
